Absolute FB Ads Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund period.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days of purchasing Absolute FB Ads. After 7 days, no exceptions will be made.

Email us at hey@clairepells.com within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll process your refund — no questions asked.

Please note that any bonus support — such as 1:1 calls, audits, or reviews — will be scheduled once the 7-day refund grace period has ended. If you received promotional credit or gift cards from us as part of a limited-time promotion, that amount will be deducted from your refund.

Do not enroll in Absolute FB Ads if you just want to “check it out.” We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into it and expect that you, as a serious student, plan to do the same. There are several video tutorials included, but if you don’t want any written instructions, this is not the course for you.
