Absolute FB Ads Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund period.

To be eligible for a refund you must submit your request within 30 days of purchasing Absolute FB Ads. After 30 days no exceptions will be made.

We’ll happily refund the money you’ve paid us subject to the following conditions:

  1. Completed Course Work. We’ll ask for the following completed course work (to make sure you gave it a try): The Audience Worksheet and The Mapping Out Your Campaign Worksheet.
  2. Q&A calls. We’ll ask that you attend one Q&A call and participate by asking a question. You can show us ads you’ve run before to get ideas on how to improve them, new ads you’re planning to launch, or talk about strategy to help you reach your goals.
  3. Implementation. We’ll ask for proof that you have launched at least 1 campaign and let it run for 3 days or more since purchasing the course.

You must submit these 3 requirements within 30 days to hey@clairepells.com to be eligible for a refund.

After you submit these materials, all refunds are within our sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request. If your refund is granted, you will receive the amount you paid for the course, minus the payment processing fee (about 3%) which Stripe and Paypal do not reimburse to their sellers.

Refunds will NOT be granted if you simply decide you can’t afford to pay, decide that you don’t want to run Facebook Ads, or don’t do any of the work.  IIf you do the work and put in your best effort and find Absolute FB Ads isn’t delivering what we promised, you’ll get a refund.

Please do not enroll in Absolute FB Ads if you just want to “check it out.” We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into it and expect that you, as a serious student, plan to do the same. As noted on the sales page, the course is mostly text and screenshot based. There are several video tutorials included, but if you don’t want written instructions, this is not the course for you.
