What Information Does Claire Pelletreau Inc. Collect?

Claire Pelletreau Inc. collects your name and email in the sign-up form when you sign up to receive an email newsletter or a free guide.

When you purchase a Program via ClairePells.com, this site collects your name, email address, and billing address. Your credit card number is directly passed through to one of Claire Pelletreau Inc.’s credit card processors, Stripe or PayPal, and (at the most) Claire Pelletreau Inc. has access to only the last four digits of your credit card.

If you choose to receive text message (SMS) reminders, Claire Pelletreau Inc. also collects your mobile phone number and a record of your consent (including the date of opt-in). See the “SMS / Text Messaging” section below for details.

Claire Pelletreau Inc. collects non-identifiable personal information using “cookies.” A cookie is a small data file that a website can transfer to your hard drive through your browser. SMS / Text Messaging

Claire Pelletreau Inc. offers text message (SMS) reminders to clients of our coaching programs (such as Get Paid Marketing) and to people who have signed up for our workshops, live events, or other program activities.

Consent. You will only receive text messages if you provide your mobile number and expressly opt in — either through our client sign-up form or when registering for a specific workshop or event. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any program or registering for any event. We do not buy, sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Types of messages. Messages are transactional and service-related — for example: coaching call reminders, weekly live workshop reminders, reminders for upcoming events you have signed up for, check-in form reminders, and occasional account check-ins. We do not send marketing or promotional offers by text.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your active enrollments and event sign-ups. You can typically expect 4 to 18 messages per month.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message; you will receive a confirmation and no further texts will be sent. To resume receiving messages later, reply START.

Help. For help or questions about our text messages, reply HELP to any text or email info@clairepells.com.

Data and carriers. Claire Pelletreau Inc. retains your mobile number and consent record for as long as you remain opted in, and for a reasonable period afterward for compliance and recordkeeping. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How Do You Unsubscribe?

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can opt-out or unsubscribe by clicking on the link in any email Claire Pelletreau Inc. sends to you. Note: if you opt-out of receiving the emails of a Program, it will be difficult for you to continue to participate.

To stop receiving text message reminders, reply STOP to any text from Claire Pelletreau Inc. at any time, as described in the “SMS / Text Messaging” section above. Email and text subscriptions are managed separately — opting out of one does not opt you out of the other.

How Does Claire Pelletreau Inc. Protect Your Information?

Claire Pelletreau Inc. uses various security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, including hosting your data on a secure server and/or a third-party password-protected, secure service. Any third party secure service Claire Pelletreau Inc. uses to host your data will keep your information confidential, will not sell or share your information, and will not contact you directly. Claire Pelletreau Inc. uses a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe or PayPal, at your choice) to process any credit card payments, as described above. If you choose to use PayPal to pay for a purchase, they hold your credit card and/or bank information per their agreement with you. If your credit card number or expiration date is updated, your bank may update Stripe or PayPal automatically to process future payments; we do not have control over any such updates.

Claire Pelletreau Inc. will also release your information as required by law or if necessary to protect Claire Pelletreau Inc.’s legal rights, to comply with a judicial proceeding or court order, to prevent threats to others or illegal activities, or to prevent abuse of ClairePells.com.

Circumstances may arise where Claire Pelletreau Inc. may decide to sell, buy, merge, or otherwise reorganize the business in the United States or elsewhere, or where Claire Pelletreau Inc. may decide to share, rent, buy, or sell business assets for reorganizing, developing, or expanding the business. Information Regarding Children

This website is not directed to people who are under 13 years of age. Claire Pelletreau Inc. does not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.
